Sounds the same as home....

This morning the men are making haste to remove the big palm trees in front of the casa.  It appears that "rats" nest at the top of these giant trees and cause them to die .

They first take off all the palm limbs...carefully dropping them to the ground.

There are very cautious to work around the tree.

The final product lies on the ground ready to be cleaned up.

Everywhere there is something that needs done in Spring....no matter who's casa.....

Tomorrow we head to Assisi...See you soon.

When in Rome....yes you know.  Well Fr. Albain bought a 'cappello" which does look good with his basic black.  The cappello is Italian for hat.  This type of hat was often worn by clergy.

He does look official doesn't he?

I apologize for not blogging sooner but my computer is having a little difficulty....it seems that my hard drive is going...so I will blog as I can with the help of others computers.

Have a great day and smile....someone may think something is wrong...keep them guessing.

God Bless,

Miracles...even at a party....

I was reminded today that miracles even happen at a party.  We seldom think of this miracle of Christ at the wedding of Cana in this way but it was a party, a celebration of new life.  This miracle may seem on the surface to be in response to a potentially embarassing situation...think of the families, the guests, the bride and groom.  The day would not have been remembered for the beauty of their union but for the lack of planning.  Jesus, in his first miracle, shows that even this type of injury or hurt is not so insignificant...so we have a miracle at a party...

How many miracles do we miss in the everyday?
